Hopeless or Hopeful?

Is life hopeless or hopeful for you today?
that is something over which only you have the say.

No person nor thing controls how life appears to you,
it is you who is in charge of your personal view.

There is some good and bad in each and every day,
we choose what to keep and what to throw away.

We can either listen or send a story teller away,
it is up to us to offer everything to God as we pray.

Each of us must decide on what we wish to dwell,
on what we are to keep to ourselves and what to retell.

It is our decision to be led by the Holy Spirit,
or we can ignore Him and pretend we didn't hear it.

We can seek guidance as we have been instructed to do,
or we can try to succeed by our own sinful view.

Is life hopeless or hopeful that depends on your perspective,
you can know the answer without being a detective.

You can ask your creator, He's waiting for your call,
anxiously awaiting to hear from one and all.

Look in Matthew 17:20. Hopelessness is nil you'll see,
for Jesus said by faith nothing shall be impossible to me.

God does not will that even one would fail,
so call on Him now and you will definitely prevail.

Which One

Which one is more important to you?
Who you are or what you do?

Which one is more famous with man?
Ways of the world or the salvation plan?

Which one is more important to the Father?
That you surrender or that you try harder?

Which one would you like to receive?
A worldly fortune or the gift to believe?

Which one would you pick first?
A brook or Jesus to quench your thirst?

Which one do you fear most?
The satanic realm or the heavenly host?

Which one place provides the answers to these?
Go to your Bible, you'll find them as quick as you please!

"Seek and you will find" is what God had to say.
So open your Bible and find Him today!!

What Is Your Attitude?

What is your attitude, how do you feel about life?
Are you thrilled to face each new day or is it filled
with strife?

Do you perhaps fit somewhere in-between,
not exactly thrilling yet not someone named mean?

Are others thrilled to see you walk into a room,
or with your presence is there a sudden gloom?

Do others greet you with loving smiles on their face,
or do their eyes suddenly seek a different space?

You know your attitude is completely up to you.
It's you who decides what others see when you come into view.

What you choose to think about, everything you face each day,
determines what attitude to the world you portray.

Positive thinking will improve your attitude.
You'll be loving and kind not angry or rude.

Surrender yourself completely to God above,
and you will start looking on the world with more love.

Upon accepting salvation, Jesus moves in,
then new changes in your attitude begin.

You will find life appears brighter and much easier to face,
once these changes start taking place.

What is your attitude and what does it portray?
Do others see Jesus in you today?
